You can organize your pins in different boards as per your choice e.g. event, interest etc. Pinterest’s pin button is available in most of the popular websites. If you like any picture, just press the pin button and it will pin it to your intended board.
While we are pinning, our pin-board is visible to all the members of pinterest. With it’s new initiative, Pinterest started secretboard. Here, the idea is that you would like to pin something but not want to reveal it to the entire pinterest community. You can collaborate your secret pinboard with anyone you like.
