Prevent copy of important file through CopyNotify

Computer is now an inseparable part of our life. And as we have started defying any geographical boundary to become more and more global, laptop has become an indispensable part of our life. Whether it is office or home, we are very closely bonded to this life-changing device. And inevitably, we started storing all our personal, confidential and official data in our closest electronic company. No wonder, we have given a birth of a new issue called data theft. So, how can we prevent copy of confidential official data?

• It controls, monitors and prevent copy of data on to USB storage media by implementing USB software protection. There is a provision to authorize selected USB drives by user name or device or make Any unauthorized access is instantly alerted to the server.


• If it is required, the USB drives can be given read only access. This will allow the users to read the contents of the USB drive but will restrict the user to copy anything from the machine to the USB drive.


• It can disable autorun and thereby minimize the malware threats. This is a very important feature as most of the time our machine gets affected by the malware during autorun of the USB drive.


• It can enabledisable CDDVD, bluetooth devices or USB modem and thereby protects data. It can monitor the usage of all these devices.


• Nowadays many offices have the facility of Wifi. This device can restrict any access to the network from unauthorized devices.


• The confidential and sensitive data can also be sent to external world through webmail such as yahoo, Hotmail etc. This device can be enabled to restrict any attachment to webmail and thereby protects us against any data theft.
